Ink Issues
C: High viscosity ink
S: Reduce ink viscosity
C: Ink drying too quickly
S: Add slow-drying agent
C: Lack of ink
S: Fill the ink tray with fresh ink
Doctor Blade Issues
C: Doctor blade angle is too sharp
S: Flatten the blade
C: Excessive pressure of the doctor blade
S: Reduce pressure
C: Too hard doctor blade setting
S: Bring the blade forward, or use thinner supporting blade
Impression Issue
C: Lack of impression pressure
