Anilox Roll Problem
C: Anilox roll is clogged
S: Clean the anilox roll deeply
Ink Properties
C: Ink dries too quickly, clogs the anilox's cells
S: Clean the anilox roll, and reduce the drying speed of the ink
Ink Chamber Issue
C: Pressure is too hard
S: Change to a soft cushion sticky-back
C: Insufficient ink in the chamber
S: Remove small burrs by professional polishing if possible
Other Factors
C: The printing ink and overprint varnish are not matched
S: Make sure the varnish will not dissolve the previous printing ink
