C: Ink is too slow to dry
S: Add fast-evaporating solvent
C: High viscosity ink
S: Reduce ink viscosity
Doctor Blade Problems
C: The angle of the blade maybe not suitable
S: Adjust the blade angle, try flatten it if necessary
