Substrate Issue

C: The substrate is treated poorly

S: Treat the substrate to a desired surface tension

Ink Properties

C: Ink viscosity is too low

S: Increase the viscosity of the ink

C: Surface tension of the ink is too low for the substrate

S: Reduce the surface tension of the ink

C: The ink is too old

S: Change into a fresh new ink

Printing Plate Issue

C: Insufficient pressure between the plate and the substrate

S: Increase the pressure of the plate

Other Factors

C: Sticky-back is too soft

S: Change to a hard sticky-back
